Why do I call it spam? Because another site gave a totally different name from this as being the owner. That means that someone (possibly neither of those people) may be spoofing the name and/or number. And there is no *legitimate* reason to do so....
Sent me link claiming to be AT&T stating that I overpaid my bill. All I had to do was click the scam link to get my money. How convenient!
