Caller called both my cell phone and home phone and there was either just static or a voice saying hello over and over again.
It's a scammer.
it said they are The Federal Saving Bank and providing lower mortgae rate. So I provide personal information to check if qualified.....Then after this there is no reply.....I called back but no one know about me and the case....I think I met a scam.

Called 3 consecutive times with 6 rings each. I answered the third time and she said I had been cking on insurance company's which I had not. Then they called every 30 min all day. Total of about 16 times. How can I make them stop? I'm on the no call list
